I hold sacred space for open-hearted individuals as they open to their most radiant version of themselves. Together we open the "treasure chest" of  tried and true tools from the ancient traditions of yoga, ayurveda, nature’s wisdom,  my personal healing experience, and most importantly the individual's inner wisdom and guidance.
